- 150 grams of plain flour
- 3/4 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs at room temp
- 300 grams of caster sugar
- 100grams brown sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 113grams of unsalted butter
- 250grams dark chocolate
- 25 grams cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of icing sugar, optional (for dusting)

- Pre-heat the oven to 180ā and grease and line your baking tray
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and baking powder
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, caster sugar, brown sugar, canola oil and vanilla.
- Place the butter and chocolate in a small saucepan, over low heat, and stir consistently until melted. Remove from the heat and whisk in the cocoa powder
- Add the chocolate mixture to the sugar-egg mixture and whisk until smooth. Add the flour mixture and stir with a spatula until just combined
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 25 minutes
- Remove from the pan and cool for 10 minutes
- Dust with icing sugar and cut into pieces.
